C'è del marcio (non solo) in Danimarca. E' un fatto assodato che migliaia di persone siano state considerate, senza alcuna prova, una minaccia per la società. Centinaia di queste sono state arrestate e alcune rimangono tuttora detenute, in attesa di giudizio o sotto inchiesta. Tra loro anche noi, i firmatari di questa lettera.Vorremmo raccontarvi la storia dal peculiare punto di vista di chi ancora vede il cielo attraverso le sbarre. Una riunione ONU di importanza cruciale è fallita a causa delle molte contraddizioni e delle tensioni emerse durante COP15. Si tratta di quell'ordine in cui non siamo più padroni dei nostri corpi? Un ordine ben oltre i termini di ogni ragionevole “contratto sociale” che saremmo disposti a firmare, dove i nostri corpi possono essere presi, governati, costretti e imprigionati senza alcuna prova certa di crimine. Si tratta di quell'ordine in cui le decisioni sono sempre più protette da ogni conflitto sociale? Dove la governance appartiene sempre meno alle persone, nemmeno attraverso il parlamento? In verità, a governare al di sopra di ogni controllo sono organismi non democratici come il WTO, il FMI e i vari G8, G22, G2, ecc.
