"Remembering" in confirmation of Pentecost, the church therefore means that it is not a humane society or a religious society, nor a people of God, but the God's people it claims to be born two thousand years ago, born in Jerusalem and constantly by the Spirit of Pentecost. Humanity is waiting, like the Virgin of the Annunciation, as the primordial abyss of creation, receives her fertility from this breath of the Father. ...
celebrating the confirmation, the church means, therefore, to be a new creature, a community of new people to build a new world. It means, proclaims, not to be born, not to be born and could not arise in future either by the desire of men, by the action of men, it claims to be born " not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor the will of man, but of God "(Jn 1:13) and the Spirit who blows where he wills.
It is worth remembering: Too many Christians, concerned with efficiency in order to advance the church, they believe themselves to be architects of their justification and salvation of the world.
The Church of Pentecost and confirmation is essentially the people who fell on the Holy Spirit to stay covered in a priestly and prophetic: to proclaim the good news.
What good news? That God loves men and that this love is a person, the Holy Spirit. What does this Spirit constantly in the world for the salvation of the world. The community "confirmed", confirmed, the mission to help people to recognize the presence of the Spirit working in them and the universe.
The grace of Confirmation is the grace of the Church for its mission in the world and the announcement of the transfiguration of the world. Pentecost is thus the birth the church in its being a "missionary". By means of confirming the Church of the Holy Spirit is invested, and are baptized into the world, for the sanctification of men, "until God be everything to everyone" (1 Cor 15:28).
